JOHN SNOWDEN

Week of April 3rd - April 10th
Greenville’s John Snowden finished the regular season with 64 points in 69 games to win the Grrrowl scoring title. Snowden had 27 goals and 37 points in his first season with the Grrrowl. Acquired in a trade between Greenville, Texas and Alaska last Summer, the former Wildcatter has led his team in scoring for two straight seasons.

BROCK RADUNSKE

Week of March 27th - April 2nd
Congratulations to Brock Radunske, who had scored more goals in one season than any other Grrrowl player in the organization’s history. The Edmonton Oilers prospect tied Sean Venedam and Roger Trudeau’s record of 33 goals in a season on March 25th, and broke the record on April 1st with two goals against Florida.

COLIN PEPPERALL

Week of March 20th - March 26th
Greenville veteran Colin Pepperall is the current Grrrowl player of the week. Last Tuesday, Pepperall broke the All-Time Grrrowl record for points with a hat trick against Augusta. The Niagara Falls, Ontario native is the All-Time Grrrowl leader in points, goals, assists and games played, and had seven points last week on four goals and three assists.

JAN VODRAZKA

Week of March 13th - March 19th
Greenville captain Jan Vodrazka is the current Player of the Week. Vodrazka had two goals against Gwinnett and Columbia last week, doubling his goals scored for the season. In his 10th professional season, Vodrazka has set his career high in points with 22. The 29-year-old defenseman leads the Grrrowl in penalty minutes with 184 in 62 games.

BRAD BONELLO

Week of March 6th - March 12th
Greenville rookie Brad Bonello is the current Player of the Week. Bonello had four points in four games last week, with an assist on Tuesday in Trenton, an assist on Friday at home, and goals on Saturday and Sunday. Bonello was acquired by the Grrrowl on Feb. 22nd in a trade that sent Matt Zultek to the Toledo storm. The 21-year-old has 36 points this year.

DUNCAN DALMAO

Week of Feb. 28th - March 5th
With four assists last weekend, Duncan Dalmao is the current Player of the Week. The veteran defenseman had assists on Greenville’s first two goals against Toledo Saturday night. The Toronto, Ontario native had two more assists on Greenville’s first two goals against Johnstown the following afternoon. On the season, Dalmao has 25 points.

BROCK RADUNSKE

Week of Feb. 21st - Feb. 27th
With three goals in three games last week, Brock Radunske is the current Player of the Week. The Edmonton Oilers prospect leads the Grrrowl with 26 goals this season and is closing in on Sean Venedam’s Grrrowl record of 33 goals in a season, set in 1999-2000. Radunske had a hat trick on opening night and has recorded three multi-goal games since.

JOHN SNOWDEN

Week of Feb. 13th - Feb. 20th
This week’s featured player is John Snowden, who was recently named one of the team’s alternate captains. Snowden had four goals and two assists last week, helping the Grrrowl go 4-1-0. He had at least one point in all five Grrrowl games, and scored the game-winner on Sunday night, marking his league-leading seventh game-winner of the season.

ALLAN SIROIS

Week of Feb. 5th - Feb. 12th
This week’s featured player is Grrrowl veteran Allan Sirois, who recorded three goals and two assists in four games. Sirois scored two goals and assisted on another in Greenville’s 4-3 loss at Columbia last Monday. He assisted on John Snowden’s game-winning goal against Reading Friday night and scored in Greenville’s 4-0 shutout of Columbia on Saturday.

RORY McMAHON

Week of Jan. 23rd - Jan. 29th
Grrrowl rookie Rory McMahon is the current Player of the Week. The 23-year-old scored the game-winning goal in overtime last Friday in Pensacola and scored the game-tying goal with 50 seconds left in regulation on Saturday. The Perdue, Saskatchewan native also had two assists over the weekend and now has 29 points on the season.

CAM ELLSWORTH

Week of Jan. 16th - Jan. 22nd
Grrrowl rookie goalie Cam Ellsworth is the current player of the week. The 25-year-old had two straight shutouts and an overtime win last week, blanking Pensacola, 8-0, on Monday, and beating Gwinnett, 6-0, on Friday. Ellsworth got his third straight with a 3-2 overtime win in Charlotte Saturday. His goals against average was 0.65.

LES HAGGETT

Week of Jan. 9th - Jan. 16th
Grrrowl rookie Les Haggett is the current player of the week. Haggett has a seven-game scoring streak entering this weekend’s games, with 10 points in those seven games. The forward was a +8 rating, helping the Grrrowl go 6-1-0 in those games. This season, Haggett leads all Grrrowl rookies with 29 points, good for third overall on the team..

MIKE MORRISON

Week of Jan. 2 - Jan. 8th
Grrrowl goalie Mike Morrison is the current Player of the Week. The Medford, Mass. native has just returned from a two and half month stint with the NHL's Edmonton Oilers. Since his return, he has posted a 1.95 GAA, a save percentage of .923, and is 3-0-0 in his first three games. Morrison has a 5-1-0 record in 10 games with the Oilers.

COLIN PEPPERALL

Week of Dec. 26th - Jan. 1st
Grrrowl center Colin Pepperall is the current Player of the Week. The veteran had four assists in Greenville's 8-1 win at Charlotte on Dec. 26, and scored the game winning goal in the sixth-round of a shootout win against the Checkers the following night. The veteran added an assist on Greenville's only goal in a 2-1 loss on Sunday.

Week of Dec. 19th - Dec. 26th
Grrrowl forward John Snowden is the current Player of the Week. The 23-year-old native of Snohomish, Washington had a hat trick in Greenville’s 8-1 win at Charlotte on Dec. 26th, and finished with a +4 rating. Snowden leads the Grrrowl with 11 goals, and his 22 points is third-best on the team.

MIKE BRODEUR

Week of Dec. 12th - Dec. 18th
Grrrowl goalie Mike Brodeur is the current Player of the Week. The 22-year-old native of Calgary Alberta beat the Toledo Storm 2-1 Tuesday night at the BI-LO Center. In his last four home games, Brodeur has allowed four goals, going 3-1-0 with a shutout. The Chicago Blackhawks’ prospect is tied for the league lead with 12 wins.

VLADIMIR GUSEV

Week of Dec. 5th - Dec. 11th
Grrrowl defenseman Vladimir Gusev is the current Player of the Week. The Novosibirsk, Russia native scored his first two goals of the season last weekend. Gusev scored Greenville’s first goal of the game against Augusta on Friday, had the game-winner against Wheeling on Saturday, and picked up an assist for a three-point weekend.

TIM SESTITO

Week of Nov. 28th - Dec. 4th
Grrrowl rookie Tim Sestito is the current Player of the Week. The Rome, NY native had two goals and an assist last week, helping the Grrrowl regain their spot atop the Southern Division of the American Conference. Both of his goals game in a 4-1 win at Augusta on Dec. 4th. His assist came against South Carolina on Dec. 2nd.

TYLER MOSIENKO

Week of Nov. 21st - 27th
This week’s Featured Player is rookie Tyler Mosienko, who collected seven points on three goals and four assists during Greenville’s five games last week. A native of West St. Paul, Manitoba, Mosienko played five seasons with the Kelowna Rockets, where he won the Memorial Cup in 2004. Mosienko’s favorite NHL team is the Ottawa Senators, and his favorite player is Steve Sullivan.

JAN VODRAZKA

Week of Nov. 14th - 20th
This week's Player Spotlight shines on Grrrowl Captain Jan Vodrazka, who comes to Greenville after playing parts of the last eight seasons in the AHL, IHL and ECHL. A native of Plzen, Czech, Jan and his wife Emily recently celebrated the first birthday of their daughter, Ella. Jan’s favorite NHL team is the New York Rangers and his favorite player is Scott Stevens.
